Delaware North UK is hiring a full-time Hospitality Manager to work in London Stadium. As a Hospitality Manager, you will lead and direct the day-to-day hospitality service delivery to the clients and guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Support hospitality services using business efficiency tools, organisational skills, and resources to deliver to a high standard.
  • Lead a team of hospitality managers and supervisors. Support the onboarding, training, and development of employed and casual team members to drive a culture of high performance where quality food and guest service are top priorities.
  • Follow all company procedures pertaining to finance, payroll, and purchasing to enable accurate post event reporting.
  • Build strong relationships with senior business leaders and provide administrative assistance as needed.
  • Ensure that the operation is in accordance with current practice, management, and measurement of all areas of responsibility including health & safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards.
Qualifications:
  • 3 years’ previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
  • Proven track record and operational experience in a similar environment.
  • Strong service orientation and customer focus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional attitude with internal and external clients, guests, and staff.
  • Self-motivated and flexible with a positive attitude.
  • IT literate including Microsoft Office.
  • Previous experience in a 5-6* fine dining environment is desirable.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Food & Beverage industry within hospitality environments is desirable.

The hospitality services at the 60 – 80,000 seated stadia have been managed by Delaware North since 2015. From event day catering, general admission food and beverage, to the marketing and management of non-event day conferences, there’s plenty of opportunity at London Stadium.
