Commercial Analyst
This role provides commercial support and decisioning across IoT, Mobile reseller products (MVNO & Complete Mobile) You will need to use commercial acumen and performance insights to align sales priorities with sales partners. You will be accountable for commercial recommendations and decisions for acquisition and renewal opportunities.
- Contribute to efforts enhancing sales quality and sales process excellence through tools, resources and support impacting commercial excellence and outcomes.
- Support the execution of commercial initiatives and utilises various tools to support delivery of sales and profit targets.
- Support the implementation of key sales tools such as bonus calculators and sales presentations.
- Assists with basic reporting and forecasting needs to support sales payplan deliverables.
- Monitors and reports metrics to more senior members of the team across Marketing, Sales and Service organisations to measure the effectiveness of the commercial organisation.
- Contributes to sales processes and supports the implementation of new capabilities that add value to the business while allowing intentional variation for market difference.
- . Collaborates between the sales and the deals team to ensure all relevant information is captured accurately and in a timely manner, driving towards successful deal registration approval within the SLA (service level agreement) set.
- Supports the development, execution and standardisation of sales performance improvement strategies in alignment with sales leadership expectations and business goals.
- Delivers all quotes back to distribution partners with all needed information included and within the committed SLAs.
- Supports in the implementation of ways to improve working processes within the area of commercial operations.

- Ability to lead a virtual team with stakeholders across Enterprise, challenge the status quo and bring others on the journey
- Strong presentation skills
- Experience of customer negotiation preferred
