Job description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the BSS Commercial Services team. No previous Commercial experience required, this is a great entry route into Commercial where you can develop and build your knowledge.
This is a hybrid working role, part office based at BSS Cross Point (Coventry) to join as a team and collaborate together, and part home based.
What you’ll do…
Prepare and input contract support updates into the computer system- Investigate and report on queries in relation to supplier contract claims
- Use spreadsheets and enquiry databases, and resolve queries with both suppliers and branches
- Apply accurate and timely system updates to ensure accurate claims are made

Well organised with the ability to plan workload to achieve tight deadlines- Good with numbers and had excellent attention to detail
- Enthusiastic
- Able to use a persuasive approach to problem solving at all levels
- Someone who can easily demonstrate being proactively driven, team focused, and self motivated
- Confident using Microsoft Excel
You’ll need good communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to collaborate, since you'll be working closely with our branches and suppliers alongside the wider Commercial and Finance teams.
