BAT UK IS LOOKING FOR A COMBUSTIBLES BRAND INTERN
GRADE: Internship

What is the direct impact of this role on the team or organization?
We are looking for a dynamic, curious, and self-driven talent to join our Brands Team in WE. You will manage Combustibles category projects in markets in Western Europe Area to deliver the Category business objectives in line with the company strategy.
Reports to: Brand Manager – Combustibles & THP
Core Relationships:
Internal – Cross functional teams in Area (Brand Strategy team & NPI) and End Market teams (Supply Chain & Trade)
Geographic Scope: DRBU
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Contribute to the execution of Brands plans as per agreed Cycle Plan of each market to deliver share and value targets.- Manage projects without business disruption and within the allocated budget
- Work closely with Area Brand team & end markets to ensure cycle plan is effectively executed and Brand programmes are effectively implemented
- Lead NPI process as project custodian including product, packaging briefing, coordination, and monitoring of project delivery on time and in full
- Ensures that projects are proceeding according to timelines, meeting targets and expectations, and adhering to established operating parameters
- Provide regular updates on projects to Brand Manager on all projects & respective budgets

Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required
- A Bachelor’s degree ideally in relevant fields Marketing/Project Management/Business Management
