We are looking to recruit a College Services Manager to join our team.

The Role
As a College Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day functions of the team to ensure the effective and efficient administration of all processes and procedures. This role will initially focus on Student Wellbeing, Student Welfare and Student Support.
As a College Services Manager you will:
Support the College Services team in delivering the very best experience for our students and ensuring the wellbeing and safety of our students.Be responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of all non-academic student support services.
Manage the College Services team to provide customer service excellence to a range of stakeholders including students, agents, sponsors and parents, from planning travel and arriving at the airport through to enrolling on their programme at university.
Work with departments across our partner university and Kaplan International Pathways to continuously improve the student experience.
Manage the implementation of induction activities and welcome events, to ensure a successful student transition to UK studies.
Work collaboratively to ensure a successful student journey from pre-arrival to progression to university.
Manage and develop the Student Voice programme and respond to student feedback.
Promote the college and brand through marketing channels such as social media and working with alumni.
Oversee the production of data and reports showing student performance for internal and external purposes.
Lead the delivery of extra-curricular activities such as social events and professional development.
Manage the team to support students in relation to wellbeing and safeguarding.
Ensure the accuracy of various data sets and information by completing audits to remain compliant with regulatory frameworks.
Deputise for Head of College Services as required.
Perform any other duties as required by Head of College Services or College Director.
About You
You will be a customer-focused professional with management experience, who enjoys or would enjoy working with international students. In addition, you will be enthusiastic and performance-driven, with a desire for development within the role, and a willingness to work across, up and down the College structure, and with external partners and stakeholders.
Key skills, qualities, experience and knowledge
Experience of working in an educational or service driven environment.An understanding of supporting the needs of international students.
Experience in a leading role in supporting the wellbeing and safeguarding of international students.
A proven track record in leading teams to deliver excellent customer service.
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate to a wide audience.
Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines through careful management of team workloads and individual projects.
The ability to respond positively and lead teams through periods of change.
Commitment to Equity, Diversity and Inclusion.
A sound understanding and experience of working within the frameworks of relevant regulatory bodies, preferably the UKVI and OfS.
Excellent IT skills including advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Experience of database management is desirable.
