This post is full time and , working 35 hours per week. We are seeking to appoint an efficient administrator to join our team, which provides administrative support to academic colleagues in the Westminster Business School. This varied role involves a range of activities which underpin the day-to-day operations of the College, including production of College documents; support for College committees and maintenance of office management systems and processes. You should be committed to delivering excellent customer service with a friendly and positive attitude. Working as part of a busy team, you will need to be able to organise and prioritise your own work and have a flexible approach to changing workloads. Candidates should have a good educational background coupled with administrative experience, and excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent knowledge of MS Office is also essential.
