Job description
Speedway Alves Ltd is looking for a self-employed delivery driver to join our team. As a delivery driver, you will be responsible for delivering goods to our customers within the designated areas. You will need to use our own van for transportation, and fuel and insurance will also be provided by us. You will be required to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Responsibilities:
- In charge of delivering company products to residential and commercial addresses in a timely and safe manner.
- Complete deliveries quickly and efficiently, and ensure that address details are correct and updated.
- Follow specific delivery instructions and prioritize work according to customer requirements.
- Maintain a professional, clean, and well-organized van.
- Ensure safe driving, and comply with all traffic laws and company regulations.
- Communicate with dispatch team and/or customers as necessary.
- Processing deliveries and relevant paperwork.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize responsibilities.
- Must be physically fit and able to handle heavy loads.
- Flexibility with work hours, and able to work weekends and holidays.
- A Payment of £105-£150 per day will be provided.
