Exciting opportunity to join the People Operations team in the role of Colleague Experience Coordinator on a permanent or fixed term basis.
You’ll work flexibly as part of a team to administer People processes across the end to end colleague lifecycle and provide advice and People support to colleagues.
Key duties
- Provision of customer service excellence and colleague care that exceeds customer expectations to agreed SLAs with a focus on first contact resolution
- Operational delivery of Tier 1 advice and query resolution for people process and policy related queries via a variety of different integrated channels
- Administration across the colleague lifecycle from starters to leavers ensuring accurate and compliant changes and specialist people administration services including redundancy, settlement agreements, service agreements and death in service.
- Carry out key compliance controls for people processes in accordance with internal and external regulations including GDPR
- Build effective working relationships with external customers of People Operations, BA Subsidiaries & IAG Operating Companies
About you
- Background in HR
- Experienced in delivery of excellent customer service in a busy operational environment (essential)
- Background in People processes or policies (essential)
- Understanding of BA people & pay processes and policies (desirable)
- CIPD (desirable)
- Knowledge of data protection and Information Security (desirable)
This role is a mix of office and home based with rostered working pattern
