Barista

Rise & Bloom is an independent coffee shop & roastery in East Dulwich. Rise & Bloom was founded in 2017 by husband and wife team Jay & Gosia. In the years since we have grown to become a cult East Dulwich coffee shop and state-of-the-art Micro roastery.

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our small and friendly team.

Skills & Requirements:

· Up to date knowledge and genuine passion for great coffee

· Barista skills and ability to free pour latte art consistently

· Great customer service skills

· Ability to work at speed and under pressure

· Wine knowledge WSET level 2 would be ideal

· Good verbal English is also a necessity.

Duties Included:

· Roasting

· Taking orders and payments

· Table service

· Preparing sandwiches and other savouries

· Opening and closing the shop

· Daily and weekly cleaning
