Massarella & Co Ltd is a family run business with many years experience in the hospitality sector. We're looking for a confident, well mannered, charismatic and smiley individual who has a solid work ethic to join the friendly team at our established, popular coffee shop and brunch spot in Dalton Park Shopping Centre.
Salary - is flexible pending probationary period and show of character

Key Responsibilities
- provide friendly and efficient counter/table service
- Maintaining Food and Health Safety standards
- Assisting with due dilligence and compliance checks
- Upholding Massarella & Co core values
- Delivering excellent customer service
Skills and Experience
- desirable but not essential - some experience in the hospitality industry
- desirable but not essential - an understanding of Food Safety and Health and Safety requirements
- Barista skills will be a benefit but not essential
The successful candidate will have a lively, outgoing personality and be confident of working within a busy environment, having a friendly and enthusiastic attitude is essential to the continued success of the business.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week
Salary: £7.00-£10.00 per hour
