Job description
Alessio's is looking for a barista to work in our busy café based in Kirkintilloch.
The successful candidate should have:
- Experience in a similar role
- Proficient in latte art and milk texturing
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- The ability to multitask under pressure
Duties will include:
- Working independently on the coffee machine
- Producing up to 200 coffees per shift in busy periods
- Cleaning at the end of each shift
- Serving customers
- Cash handling and till work
