Job description

About Us

We help high school students get better marks at school by providing them with an online coaching program that shows them an easier way to study. We get fantastic feedback from students and parents.

Objectives

  • Improve retention rate. That is, when a student starts with us, we want that student to have a fantastic experience so that the student does not exit the program early, but instead stays for the full year as intended.
  • Improve renewal rate. The student and parent expectations are met or exceeded so they enrol for the next year.
  • Improve client referral rate. The student and parent expectations are met or exceeded during the program, so they refer the program to their friends.
  • The product is so good that it requires no selling. You improve the quality of the product so that people can purchase it online, and it’s a no-brainer to do it.
  • Coach retention. Coaches love their job and work with us until the end of year and continue to work with us for subsequent years.

What does working as a Coach Team Leader look like?

1. Full-time remote role.
