To plan, co-ordinate, assess and review the learning activities associated with learners in the workplace as well as delivering informative class sessions using a variety of methods.
Deliver training and conduct training and assessment covering skills and competencies as appropriate on and off site as required to facilitate timely or relevant success of students and provide a wide range of training solutions based on employer needs.

- You will be allocated a caseload of students with a responsibility to ensure that contractual commitments are met and students achieve.
- An excellent communicator, confident and able to build an engaging learning relationship with students to motivate them to achieve to the best of their ability.
- Knowledge and understanding about PDBA and how to apply the knowledge into real life examples, making it engaging for the students and for them to understand the importance and relevance of it.
- A passion and ability to inspire and motivate people
- Recent teaching or instructing experience which demonstrates active learning and differentiated teaching styles.
- Ability to be adaptable and flexible towards the requirements of different learner needs.
