We're looking for an experienced and energetic international sales performance trainer to coach and develop our advertising and sponsorship sales executives across Australia, Canada, UK and USA.

Our opportunity
To help build our business globally, we are now seeking a sales performance coach to develop our advertising and sponsorship sales executives across Australia, Canada, UK, and USA. You will be responsible for coaching an experienced team of sales professionals to drive peak performance. We’re open to a freelance or full-time arrangement and can offer flexible working hours.
The role involves:
- Driving activity and performance to hit sales KPIs in a professional, relationship-based sales environment.
- Using CRM data to identify and guide areas for optimization and continuous improvement.
- Coaching sales executives on actions to take to improve sales performance and results.
- Reviewing CRM records to ensure sales executives are properly maintaining accounts and completing records to provide full visibility of performance.
- Creating activity focused sales processes.
- Coaching, training, mentoring, and developing sales employees globally.
- Providing regular feedback to employees and management to drive results.
- Working from home with flexible hours

You will have:
- Experience in a previous training or sales leadership role
- Proven knowledge of consultative sales processes and strategies
- Extensive experience in advertising and sponsorship sales management
- Experience in using CRM data to inform progress/development and identify potential improvement areas (preferably MS Dynamics)
- A proven track record in improving individual performance with a real focus on coaching and nurturing sales execs to hit set sales KPI's and targets.
- A real passion for coaching and developing employees.
