Coach Driver

Weymouth College operates and manages their own transport provision for students coming to our general Further Education College. As well as transporting students to and from the College, the team has a fleet of two coaches and several minibuses to provide transport support for curriculum areas and outside customers. The College is offering a competitive package: £12.66 per hour (£12.16 plus 50p shift allowance).

We are now seeking two full time Coach Drivers to join us in this service provision. You should be reliable and professional with a strong focus on customer service.

Working with the Transport Manager, you will be responsible for the safe transport of students from outlying villages and areas to the College. The role also requires the successful candidate to transport staff and students on educational trips along with external customers as needed.

The successful candidate will hold a “D” Coach driving licence with no more than 6 points on their licence and a Current Driver CPC card (Driver Certificate of Professional Competence).
