Job description

The assistant coach will assist with all aspects of an NCAA Division I women’s volleyball program, including practice planning and execution, on and off-campus recruiting, team travel planning, non-conference scheduling, clinic/tournament organization and management, public relations and other duties as assigned by the head coach.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Playing and/or coaching experience
  • Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations and a record of compliance with such
  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree
  • Opponent scouting experience
  • Playing and coaching experience at the Division I level
  • Solid grasp of technology including how to use and integrate technology, organizing and running camps/clinics
