Money A+E is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Co-creation Policy and Impact Manager. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the field of social change and contribute to the development of innovative co-creation strategies.

As a Co-creation Policy and Impact Manager, you will play a key role in driving our co-creation initiatives and ensuring their alignment with our mission and goals.

Position Overview: As the Co-creation Policy and Impact Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing co-creation policies and strategies across our organisation. You will work closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, and community partners to foster a culture of co-creation and inclusivity. Your primary focus will be to facilitate meaningful collaboration and engagement to drive impactful outcomes and promote sustainable change.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement co-creation policies and guidelines to ensure effective and inclusive participation of diverse stakeholders.

· Collaborate with internal teams to integrate co-creation principles into program design, implementation, and evaluation.

· Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and other participatory processes to engage stakeholders in co-creation initiatives.

· Support the development and management of partnerships with community organizations, government agencies, and other key stakeholders.

· Monitor and evaluate the impact of co-creation initiatives, collecting relevant data and analysing outcomes.

· Provide guidance and training to staff members on co-creation methodologies and best practices.

· Stay updated on emerging trends and research related to co-creation and community engagement.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., social sciences, community development, public policy).

· Proven experience in co-creation, participatory decision-making, or community engagement.

· Strong understanding of policy development and impact assessment frameworks.

· Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to build and maintain effective partnerships with diverse stakeholders.

· Analytical mindset with the ability to collect, analyse, and interpret data.

· Knowledge of relevant tools and methodologies for co-creation and impact measurement.
