Job description
365 People are recruiting on behalf of a Manufacturing leading client for CNC Lathe Operator this is an excellent chance for factory operatives to join a company based in Solihull that offers solid opportunities for personal development and internal progression.
£ 10.14 p/h (rising to £10.60p/h after 3months) + Shift Allowance £20.00 p/w 06.00-14.00, £50.00p/w 14.00-22.00
37.5 Hours per week, Temp to Perm
Annual Leave 25days 8 Day Statutory
Duties will involve:
- Basic CNC Turning using Fanuc programming
- Basic set-up collet change and tip change
- Changing offsets (training given if required)
Other duties will include:
- Product marking using Laser Marking M/c (training will be given)
- Coining/Stamping tools (training will be given)
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Ideally have a minimum 1-2 years CNC operating experience
- Conscientious
- Work under own initiative
- Good time keeping and attendance
- Familiar with the use of Micrometers
