Hagley Golf Club is a busy club and attracts lots of external functions events as well as Golfing ones. We are now seeking a committed, professional, hospitality led and enthusiastic clubhouse manager to join our well established Golf Club, live in accomodation can also be provided:

Responsibilities
o To supervise all staff employed by the club for working in the bars and functions.
o To ensure that relevant staff conform to current Health & Safety and other relevant legislation.
o To ensure that relevant staff receive the correct training and support in all aspects of their job.
o To ensure that relevant staff give a high standard of service to members and guests and that any skill gaps are identified and corrected.
o To work closely with all clients to discuss, plan and prepare all their relevant bookings and events with us within the club diary.
o To meet and greet all club members, visitors and societies within the Clubhouse.
o To ensure that bar stocks are maintained and that all orders for replacement are ordered appropriately and timely.
o To ensure that all cash is correctly recorded
o To make available for monthly stock taking all advice notes, invoices and vouchers, as necessary.
o To keep records of all wastage and stock lost through whatever source.
o To make sure the bar, cellar and serving areas are kept in a clean condition and to supervise the cleaners employed by the club.
o To set and report any defects in any alarm systems or equipment operated by the club.
o Overall responsibility for the operation and the delivery of all the front of house events and operations
Care and appearance of the offices and meeting rooms
Duties
o Maintain an adequate bar and food service within the times laid down by the club.
o See that all staff are properly instructed and trained in their duties with clear communication on all tasks and upcoming events.
o Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and in working order and report to the management any faults.
o Work out the weekly rosters and see that all staff are aware of them in relevant time.
o Collate the weekly staff clockcards and sign them as accurate before processing them for payroll
o Maintain bar sales and card takings records and complete suitable records for weekly banking by the office.
- Doing show rounds for potential guests and ensuring that all site visits are fulfilled professionally, efficiently and effectively and mirror the requirements of the visiting client
- Participation at team meetings and bringing new ideas, planning and costing tribute nights
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
