Cloud Services Engineer Location: Field based – occasional site visits Competitive Salary dependant on experience + car allowance Fantastic Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 to 17:30 The task at hand: We are looking for a Cloud Services Engineer who will be responsible for deploying and supporting UC solutions on behalf of the Technical Operations Team at Onecom to the highest standard. You will be required to complete installation and upgrade projects for our customers, and required to support the Tier 3 Service Desk, advising customers on complex queries, and remotely diagnosing escalated faults through to resolution.
