Location – London (onsite)
Mode of Hiring – Contract (6 months)
Job spec-
- Excellent command over PowerShell (scripting language) as the candidate needs to maintain and develop existing PowerShell scripts and processes which bank is utilizing from several years.
- Candidate must have working knowledge of old and new versions/editions of Microsoft SQL Server (SQL 2012/SQL 2016/SQL 2019 etc.) as these versions needs to be tested out before being pushed to bank database environment
- Including T-SQL scripting; fault diagnosis and resolution; in depth knowledge of the optimizer and engine; performance tuning
- Candidate must be having extensive knowledge of supporting SQL Servers technical issues as he is the last line of support before bank involves the OEM (Microsoft in this case)
