Claimont Health is hiring!
We are seeking exemplary Close Protection Officers to join our team on a self-employed basis and with varied duties. Successful applicants will be keeping our clients safe from unwanted attention or physical harm, at times you will also act as a chaperone. You will be responsible for assessing security measures and providing discreet surveillance. You may come from a background of Police or Military and provide your services as an individual or a team to keep our clients safe from harm.

Key responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety of clients and all family members.
- Be able to do risk assessment and planning to minimise threats.
- To establish and maintain secure environments.
- Using physical intervention as necessary.
- Responding to medical emergencies.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
- Outstanding client and customer focus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
- To communicate and work with other colleagues within a team.
- Excellent situational awareness and ability to adopt a low profile/protective surveillance ethos.
- Ability to recognise threats and quickly step in to de-escalate or mitigate those threats.
- Conflict Management experienced and trained with the ability to apply proportionate use of force within safe and legal boundaries and guidelines.
- Ability to remove uncooperative individuals safely.
- Empathetic approach to colleagues (including possible dependents) that may have gone through a traumatic experience.
- Have experience in dealing with multiple issues at once, prioritising and resolving problems.
- Have experience in critical asset, crisis, and incident management.
- Set a good example at all times, motivating, leading, and managing firmly and fairly.
Essential requirements:
- Clean and valid UK driving licence.
- Excellent physical health.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant accreditation/qualifications.
- Professional appearance.
- Discrete.
- Patient and able to stay calm under pressure.
- Flexible.
- Organised and thorough.
