Job description
To provide clinical support and expertise to Qualified Staff within Older Peoples Services enhancing the delivery of clinical care whilst supporting staff development. To support the Home Manager in the development of strategies which enhance service delivery within the Older Peoples Services division, and support the implementation of strategies across the portfolio.
Knowledge & Skills
First level registered Nurse (RGN). Able to evidence experience at a senior management level. Multi-site management experience preferable. Up to date clinical skills and knowledge. NMC pin required.
Experience
A seasoned practitioner with demonstrable field specific experience, gained within a specific clinical or care environment.
