Job description
An opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Nurse Endoscopist to join our friendly and supportive team as we expand our services across HHFT and exciting new development in Andover War Memorial Hospital.
The ACDC is coming to Andover! Not the band, something much more exciting – an investment of nearly £5million into Andover War Memorial Hospital.
Works are underway to create the Andover Community Diagnostic Centre, which will see improved community access to diagnostic endoscopy services, imaging services providing expanded access to endoscopy, Xray, CT and ultrasound, and introducing new services including MRI. The ACDC has been designed in collaboration with The Wessex Cancer Alliance and clinical experts. Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, which runs the hospitals in Andover, Basingstoke, and Winchester, is also talking to local patients and service users, who are helping the trust to configure and design the new areas – keeping patient care at the heart of everything.
