Join a Top-Ranked Firm as a Defendant Clinical Negligence Solicitor
My client, a top ranking international law firm, are seeking a talented 0- 5 year PQE Solicitor to join their expanding Clinical Negligence department.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to run clinical negligence claims for a range of defendant clients, including NHS Resolution, as well as assisting Partners and other senior members with their high value caseload. You’ll be working on a wide range of matters, from cerebral palsy to birth injuries, incorrect diagnosis, and fatal claims.
Our client has an excellent reputation, and their healthcare department is the envy of the sector. As part of this team, you'll have the opportunity to learn from some of the country’s top Lawyers, developing your skills and expertise in this fascinating field.
The ideal candidate should have a background in defendant clinical negligence or defendant personal injury. Claimant clinical negligence solicitors from other top-tier firms will also be considered if you are looking to make a move into a defendant role. Salary is £65,000 DOE (increasing with each year of experience), flexible/hybrid working arrangements with a minimum of 2 days in the office per week and an excellent benefits package.
