We have an exciting opportunity to join our Clinical Trials Team as an Associate Project Manager on a permanent contract.
Job Purpose Summary
To provide excellent customer service by managing/coordinating multiple internal functions/stakeholders to deliver external products & services for clinical trials projects, in-line with customer expectations & requirements
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute service delivery projects for clinical trials, under the guidance of a Senior/Project/Program Manager
- Work with a Senior/Project/Program Manager to gather, understand and define customer requirements
- Understand and explain Vitalograph products and services to customers, with support from Senior/Project/Program Manager
- Act as Primary point of contact for customer Project Lead(s)
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and technical teams to provide deliverables that meet customer expectations
- Risk Management for assigned projects; work with internal & external stakeholders to identify, assess & mitigate potential project risks
- Management of Project team member(s)’ tasks to deliver services for assigned projects
- Ensure GCP compliance according to Vitalograph’s QMS
- Report on study progress to internal & external stakeholders
- Management of project issues; including identification, response, root cause analysis, CAPA
- Deliver system & service training to external customers (Face-to-face and remotely via web conference)
- Ensure correct creation, review, approval and storage of project documentation as required by Vitalograph QMS

Experience:

- Participating in meetings with customers to discuss and agree project delivery requirements

Qualifications:
Essential:
- UK: 5 GCSEs grade 4-9 (or equivalent) including Maths & English, Degree (2:2 or higher).
- US: High School Diploma or GED, Associate Degree GPA 2.7 or higher
Desirable:
- Project Management Qualification (APM, PRINCE, CAPM, PMP)
- Management Qualification (ILM, CMI)
- Risk Management Qualification (e.g. MoR)

Pay: £32,000 to £38,000 per year depending on experience
