We are recruiting for a Clinical Support Worker in our Children's Emergency Department who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients. As a Clinical Support Worker, you will need to be able to provide our patients with the highest standards of care during their stay with us. You will find yourself assisting patients with many aspects of care including monitoring patients' conditions by taking temperatures, pulse, respirations, blood pressure, height and weight. Minor injuries wound care, plastering and assisting with taking bloods/ cannulas being inserted. As a Healthcare Assistant you will be caring and kind, willing to be hands-on with patients within a hospital environment. You will also have the ability to do personal care tasks such as washing, toileting, etc. At East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust, we are proud of the range of general & specialist services we provide & our 6,000 or so dedicated staff ensure our patients get the best care.
