The Opportunity:
Altus Group has an immediate requirement for a Research Administrator / Lead Generation Executive to join our busy Data team in Manchester. The successful candidates will work to continually enhance and improve the property information held by Altus Group, ensuring that the best possible support is provided to our planned marketing campaigns. This position is ideal for any talented, hardworking individuals, with a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Altus Group has an immediate requirement for a Research Administrator / Lead Generation Executive to join our busy Data team in Manchester. The successful candidates will work to continually enhance and improve the property information held by Altus Group, ensuring that the best possible support is provided to our planned marketing campaigns. This position is ideal for any talented, hardworking individuals, with a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research commercial properties to identify occupiers and key decision makers.
- Update internal systems with new information.
- Transfer and updating of data from multiple sources into Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Communicate with inhouse Telesales team.
Position Requirements:
- Educated to a degree level is desirable but not essential.
- Strong understanding of using the multiple research tools and search engines to good effect.
- Ability to learn quickly and effectively and in a logical manner.
- Willingness to be creative and think of alternative solutions when encountering problems.
- Have the ability to work towards targets and agreed KPI’s.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
