Take a Seat People are recruiting for an experienced Clinical Psychologist in North London. Working in a specialist Eating Disorders unit, you will have experience with complex and challenging cases. There is an 18 month program in place to get you to consultant level, ensuring you move forward with your career. You will supervise the assistant psychologists and be able to do research, presenting your findings at conferences both domestically and internationally. - Assessing complex needs and designing and delivering specialist psychological treatments. Delivering high quality 1:1 assessments and treatment to patients
- Support the clinical team to develop new initiatives and ways of working
- Research and present at conferences domestically and abroad
- Develop and manage groupwork programmes and innovative therapeutic approaches
- Support and develop staff training
- Participate fully with the multidisciplinary team
Qualifications
- HCPC registered Clinical or Counselling Psychologists
- Doctorate level in Clinical Psychology
- Experience in one or more therapeutic modalities
- Experience with Eating disorders or complex trauma
