What you'll be doing:
Our Endpoint Adjudication Project Managers are responsible for directing and managing complex projects/global studies across multiple therapeutic areas to assure high quality, on-time, and on-budget services and hold responsibilities for:
- Leading the Planning, Setup, Monitoring, and Closeout phases of the study which includes:
- Attending client meetings with Business Development and other operational teams to present company services and gather client/study requirements
- Presenting study services at Investigator meetings or site initiation meetings as needed
- Developing study documentation
- Liaising with internal Clario teams to organise distribution and tracking of required equipment
- Creating/distributing reports & updating project schedules/status’ as necessary in Planview
- Addressing client/study issues and maintaining issue tracking documentation to monitor progress & ensure timely resolution to escalations.
- Archiving study data and documentation
- Identify potential study risks and mitigations and escalate as appropriate
- Collaborating with internal Clario stakeholders for the design & implementation of Endpoint Adjudication Software Solutions
- Coordinating selection and management of the Endpoint Adjudication committee members
- Monitoring study timelines and manage the financial components of each study which includes:
- Continuous budget reviews & revenue forecasting
- Playing a key role in scope changes, leading the change management process.
- Invoice reconciliation
- Additional responsibilities for:
- Ensuring compliance with timely training completion/documentation.
- Assisting with/leading training of new members of the eCOA Project Management team
- Working with internal Clario teams in ensuring study regulatory compliance at all times
- Assist with training new members of the Project Management team and other related PM work.
What we look for:
- BSc/MSc/PhD in a relevant subject related to the Pharmaceutical / Healthcare / Life Science industry is essential
- 3-5 years' demonstrable Project Management experience within a Pharmaceutical company, Biotech or CRO is essential
- Previous experience working within Clinical/Endpoint Adjudication is essential
- A background in Clinical Research as a Clinical Research Associate or Clinical Research Manager is highly advantageous to applicants
- Ability to understand and interpret clinical trial documentation such as protocols, questionnaires and other data collection instruments.
- Ability to discuss complex requirements with technical Software Development, Solutions Design & Data Management/Analysis specialists & other internal Clario teams
- Proven experience in managing client relations and interactions with international clients at all levels
- Experience using Planview or similar Project Management systems
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, time management, and prioritization skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Self -directed - comfortable working in a dynamic & evolving environment
