Integrated Dermatology is a leading national Dermatology practice that acquires and partners with Dermatology practices across the United States. The culture at IDG is a reflection of its people. - Serves as a scribe in a fast-paced environment. Prepares notes for one of our Providers in eDerm (our EMR) via an iPad.
- Patient call backs including test results, prescription refills and questions regarding care
- Facilitates outside patient referrals, medication prior authorizations and medication refills as specified Providers as needed.
- Medical Assistant assisting with covering in our Sanford, Lillington and Pittsboro offices.
- Cross trained to assist front office duties as needed. This includes registration, collection of co-pays & payments, scheduling of appointments and patient reminder calls.
- Interpersonal and Service Skills: Conveys a warm, caring, and approachable demeanor. Always displays respect toward others. Ability to anticipate and meet the needs of patients and their families.

Job Type:
- Full-time: Monday – Thursday 8am-5pm, Fridays 8am – 12pm, 8am – 5pm twice a month.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years in the service industry
Education:
- High School or Associate Degree preferred
