P&G’s Pharmacovigilance Department is looking for a Report Decision Maker to join the team at our Reading Innovation Centre. In this role you will be responsible for making Adverse Event regulatory reporting decisions when required, and for ensuring that work processes necessary to deliver product vigilance-related regulatory reporting capability are in place and sufficient.
Key Responsibilities
Determine reportability of all relevant Adverse Events (AEs) to appropriate regulatory authorities within specified timelines
Reporting of all relevant AEs to appropriate regulatory authorities within specified timelines.
Generation of draft AE/Incidents reports in local language if appropriate.
Submission and archiving of regional periodic regulatory reports if appropriate
Monitor Regulatory Authority AE databases where required, retrieving relevant cases, and sending for case processing
Create and maintain written procedures related to the above activities

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in a life science or health care profession
Experience in Pharmacovigilance, or another compliance-related function would be of use but is not essential.
Excellent collaboration skills: experience establishing and maintaining global and cross-functional working relationships.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Experience with external communications (regulatory authorities, industry groups) would also be beneficial.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage complex systems.
Experience with electronic data capture systems
