PRO Nursing Healthcare is seeking a Senior Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in Sheffield. We are looking for someone who is passionate about their work, has a positive attitude, and is willing to learn.
Job Summary:
The pharmacist will be responsible for providing the highest quality of patient care and service to our patients. They are required for ward based, and dispensary based work.
The site provides oncology treatments and paediatrics, in addition to surgery. Experience in these areas is desirable.
Shift Patterns:
Monday to Friday
09:00-12:00

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Perform inventory management activities including verifying, recording, and processing pharmacy prescriptions
- Prepare and dispense medications according to established protocols
- Perform routine drug reference and medical reference tasks as assigned
- Maintain accurate drug inventory records and maintain a safe working environment
- Participate in practice meetings, training sessions, and other professional development activities to ensure continued education and skillset development
- Adhere to all applicable HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality and medical information security policies and procedures
- Participate in staff development activities as requested by the practice leadership team
- Perform other duties as assigned by management or practice leadership team members
Education and Experience: Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharmacy Technician
- Experience working in a healthcare setting
Job Types: Fixed term contract, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 5 months
Salary: £32.78-£52.00 per hour
