The Role
This highly driven outbound sales role is working to increase the overall contribution to business passenger targets. It require focus on closing the sale by identifying the passenger requirements, matching the appropriate cruise and additional services / products to maximise ticket revenue as well as additional onboard spending opportunity. You’ll proactively secure bookings from leads provided from across the business but primarily from marketing, and will be required to both retain past passengers and secure new to brand passengers within the PCR channel.
The PCR will secure bookings through service whilst exceeding KPI’s in accordance with specified service standards. You will be required to work closely with marketing, sales and commercial teams.
- Consistently achieve personal passenger targets and contributing to the overall team success.
- To action all outbound leads by contacting passengers across a variety of channels generating the passenger targets set.
- Consistently Responsible to handle and manage calls in accordance with departmental standards and legal requirements.
- Ensure the booking has maximised revenue by adding appropriate upgrades, cross sells and additional products / services.
Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities. This role is a CUK13 and is offered on a full time, secondment basis, with at least two days based in our Southampton office.
