Job description
We are currently looking for a qualified/experienced Pharmacy Dispenser to join our Pharmacy team and fill a full time or partime position. We are open Monday-Friday 9pm-6pm and Saturdays 9am-1pm. Candidate must be able to work at either branch in Narborough or Cosby.
The ideal candidates will have around one to two years’ relevant experience in a customer facing role in Pharmacy. They will have excellent communication skills as well as a proven track record in providing impeccable customer service. The salary is dependant on experience and is, to an extent, negotiable.
Should be proficient in using proscript pharmacy computer system and be able to manage the end of the day and end of the month procedures effectively.
Dealing with collection and delivery of prescription queries.
Dealing with telephone enquiries from; suppliers, branch pharmacy and local GP surgery.
Booking and managing appointments for additional services.
To work alongside the pharmacist to effectively sign up MUR/NMS/Travel Vaccines and other additional services.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Preferably (at least 1 years’) experience of working in pharmacy
Healthcare Assistant and NVQ2 Pharmacy Dispensing qualification
Passion for providing excellent Customer Service
