Your New Role with Avicenna:
As a professional Pharmacist and the branch manager you will be leading the team to ensure delivery of a high-class service that is expected within our Pharmacies. You will have a positive “can do” attitude when leading our Pharmacy to success!
- Delivering the pharmacy strategy through providing expert care and advice
- Ensure that the branch is open for trading and dispensing of prescriptions during the registered opening hou
- Interview, select and induct new staff following Pharmacy procedure
- Ensure that all pharmacy policies and procedures are adhered to as laid down in the training and procedures manua
- Accountable for legal and ethical decisions in the pharmacy
- Assisting the building of capability with the Pharmacy teams
- Conducting continual review through audit, observations, and risk assessment to ensure customer and patient safety is paramount.
- Delivering a range of professional pharmacy services
