Job description
Overview
We are looking for a new Clinical Operations Manager to join us on our exciting journey of redefining how clinical care is delivered in the community. This role will be a key strategic addition to the leadership team and a rare opportunity to drive the delivery of an industry changing solution.
At Ally Health, we want to make on-demand clinical care in the community to be as easy to access as booking an uber ! We are partnering with healthcare providers to enable patient led booking through our API led solution and rely on our network of qualified healthcare practitioners to deliver a range of clinical care tasks.
As healthtech innovations seek to redefine how patients access care to relieve healthcare systems from growing pressures, Ally Health is positioned as a key enabler to the industry.
About the role
This role is central to our business because our platform relies on our ability to scale our network of practitioners. We offer something unique to healthcare practitioners as our platform makes it easy for them to work flexibly, submitting as little or as many hours as they wish, and removing the manual admin tasks related to planning appointments in the community. There is a huge opportunity here to build a unique community of engaged healthcare practitioners, grow engagement and drive meaningful interactions for everyone involved !
About Ally Health
Ally Health was founded on the back of a previous diagnostics related venture, Testing For All. The latter was a not for profit covid diagnostics business which delivered c. 1m tests and achieved 4.5 rating on Trustpilot. The scalability of our operations was achieved through a state of the art test management system, which along with other key IP, forms the foundation of Ally Health.
