Key Responsibilities: • Provide specialized care and support to patients with diabetes, ensuring the highest quality of care at all times. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans, promoting optimal health outcomes for patients. • Educate patients and their families on diabetes management, self-care techniques, and lifestyle modifications. • Conduct assessments, monitor progress, and make appropriate adjustments to treatment plans based on individual patient needs. • Act as a resource for colleagues, sharing knowledge and best practices related to diabetes care. Requirements • Registered Nurse qualification with relevant experience in diabetes care. • A strong passion for diabetes management and a desire to make a positive impact on patients' lives. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic healthcare environment.
