We are looking for a Clinical Manager who will be a key member of the PFAS FAS Implementation Team, working with the PFAS Senior Leadership Team and our Client to achieve FAS quality and governance standards as set out ually by the DWP. The Role: As Clinical Manager for PFAS you will act as a role model to the clinical team, demonstrating strong clinical performance, reliability, and exemplary professional conduct. Being responsible for providing a clinical focus within FAS implementation, taking the lead in several areas. Applicants will need to demonstrate their ability to lead, motivate and inspire others to achieve the highest quality of standards; whilst working well as part of a multi-disciplinary team To be seriously considered for this role, please have the following: Qualifications: Physios/OTs: > Qualified Chartered Physiotherapist or Qualified Occupational Therapist (E) > Member of the UK Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) (E) > Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (MCSP) or College of OT’s (COT) (E) Paramedics: > BSc or Qualified Paramedic (E) > Member of the UK Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) (E) Nurses: > Qualified Nurse (E) > Member of the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) (E) > Member of the Royal College of Nursing (RCN) (E) Experience & Knowledge: > Demonstrable experience of senior clinical management within PIP or WCA s (E) > Experience of undertaking PIP or WCA assessments (E) > Experience of Clinical Report Checking and/or Clinical Audit (D) > A strong understanding of clinical & operational procedures and governance (E) > Experience in using computer software including Microsoft Office (E) > Experience of coaching and mentoring colleagues (E) > Experience of successfully engaging with external stakeholders (E) > Experience of managing a team (E) Skills & Abilities: > Ability to lead, motivate and inspire others to achieve the highest quality of standards. > Ability to design, review and implement clinical policies and procedures. > Ability to work well as part of a multidisciplinary team. > Proven strong communicator, with skills & experience of leading diverse/disperse teams. > Evidence of highly developed oral and written communication skills and be able to negotiate successfully and respond to rapidly changing work environment. > Experience of working on detailed project implementation > Experience of change management and the ability to influence and negotiate successfully with a range of people and takes a positive and flexible approach to dealing with change. > Proven ability to time manage, to meet agreed deadlines in a demanding environment. > Ability to work under minimum supervision. > Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the client and its needs. > Ability to collate and produce statistics, reporting to internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis. > Ability to balance workload and objectives to ensure the needs of the client and internal colleagues are met. > Evidence of ongoing professional development > Contribute positively to the organisation.
