Description
Supports Care Management team with obtaining authorizations for patient's stay and to ensure that all days and or services are authorized by the appropriate payer. Contacts insurance and medical providers to ensure prior approval requirements are met. Presents all necessary patient medical information such as history and physical, diagnosis and prognosis within the patient's medical chart and ensures all referrals are addressed in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications:

- 2 years Wound Care Authorization Coordinator:
