Refresco, the world’s largest independent soft drinks manufacturer, is seeking an Assistant Commercial Accountant basedat our head office in Kegworth, reporting into the Senior Co-Man Finance Business Partner. About the Role
The Assistant Commercial Accountant will support our Co-Man, Brands and Private Label Commercial Teams. You will take ownership for the invoicing of ad-hoc charges and submissions and support the teams on costing projects as and when required.
As an Assistant Commercial Accountant here are your key areas of focus:
· QSM (Quantock Sales & Marketing)
· 3PL (3rd Party Logistics) in addition to raising invoices for our Norseland, Katsouris, Trewithen Dairy Partners, Del Monte you will also take responsibility for raising additional 3PL invoice in a timely manner
· You will be responsible for Norseland jobs activity from Langdons
· Fairtrade Submission need to be complete in line with our internal process
· You will ensure Fairtade and Flocert Audit readiness
· Balance Sheets reconciliations
· Support the Commercial and Finance teams on costing and price input
Individual KPIs and objectives include:
· Month-End timetable all completed on time, to include all invoicing

About You
Qualifications and experience
You will need to be ACCA/CIMA/ACA finalist at a minimum and you will have experience of working in a similar industry.
You will demonstrate your knowledge and experience in supporting an annual budget and forecast process. Ideally you will be familiar with management reporting in a manufacturing business.
Knowledge
Ideally you will have experience of working with SAP/IMB Cognos and Power BI and off course in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint too.
Skills and competencies
· Key to this role is your ability to work at pace and meet strict deadlines, your work will be reliable and accurate
· Your attention to detail will help you to identify problems at an early stage and you will be confident to escalate these to your line manager
· You will be methodical in your approach with excellent planning skills.

The salary for this role is dependent on experience. Working hours are Monday to Friday – 38 hours per week, and we have free, onsite parking.
