Job Description
Interested in clinical leadership?
Develop your career with Rayleigh Vets4Pets
At Rayleigh Vets4Pets we’re offering a salary to £80,000 + £2,500 welcome bonus for an experienced Vet to join our established and friendly team as Clinical Lead.
We have a purpose-built practice, state of the art equipment and offer support and development from our highly experienced regional team, to guide you in your transition to leadership. You may even be interested in partnership in the future, and, if so, this is an option here too!
We’re an inclusive, supportive team here at Rayleigh and this position will lead and develop our colleagues further, guiding the practice, with its loyal and expanding client base and varied caseload, to deliver top class clinical standards and client care.
Rayleigh is a historic market town located between Chelmsford and Southend-on-Sea only 32 miles east of central London. The practice is a very short walk to the high street and Rayleigh train station which will take you straight into London Liverpool street in 40minutes. There is plenty of free parking near to the practice and it is on a main bus route for commuting purposes. We are close to London’s international airports, have great transport links and the shopping at Bluewater and Lakeside is brilliant!
We have the bright lights of the city on our doorstep, great local amenities and have easy access to the open spaces and beaches of the Essex coastline – one of the longest shorelines of any county in England – so there’s plenty to discover and we make sure you have the work/life balance to enjoy it.
This position can be fully flexible hours, ideally with some weekends on a fair rota basis, shared with the rest of the team, and there is no out of hours requirement.
We’re generous with our CPD offering (£3000), which colleagues are actively encouraged and supported to use to further their interests and develop their skills in a direction of their choosing. So, if you want to pursue a post graduate qualification or certificate, we’re happy to help support that.
As standard we offer all the benefits you’d expect from a major employer (pension, healthcare, paid memberships, competitive salary etc.) plus a few more, such as excellent career progression, exclusive lifestyle and shopping discounts (up to 30% off at Pets at Home), and relocation packages from within or outside the UK, including visa sponsorship if wanted (we’re an A+ rated sponsor).
So if you share our passion for delivering outstanding pet healthcare, exceptional customer service and would like to join our team, then we would love to hear from you.
Pets just see people. And just like pets, we embrace everyone’s differences. We work to break down barriers, attract and develop diverse talent, and create a culture that allows everyone to be the best they can be.
Our diversity and inclusion vision is that everyone is welcome and feels part of our group. So if you think you’re a good match to what we are looking for, and you share our belief that together ‘we’re better with pets’, we’re waiting to hear from you, whatever your background or circumstances.
