At Bangor Vets4Pets we’re looking for an experienced Vet to join our friendly new team as Clinical Lead.
The practice has recently become part of the Pets at Home Vet Business which presents a great opportunity for an experienced vet looking to lead a team and further develop this established practice. A new team of colleagues have been recruited including x2 RVNs, an interim practice manager and x4 non-clinical colleagues.
This new position will lead and develop the team and guide the practice with its loyal and expanding client base and varied caseload to deliver top class clinical standards and client care to.
Bangor Vets4Pets is conveniently located on Menai Retail Park, close to the A55 and bus routes for commuting purposes. Bangor is a busy university city located on the North Wales coast in the heart of Snowdonia, only 20 minutes from the foot of Snowdon and surrounding Snowdonia range is just a few minutes from the city. It is also only a few minutes’ drive to the famous zip wire adventure park, an attraction on the map for anyone looking for an exhilarating experience.
Menai Straits and the Island of Anglesey are also within few minutes’ drive and hugely popular tourist destinations as well as being the main route for travellers to Ireland from the port at Holyhead.
90 minutes’ drive to Manchester or Liverpool airports makes travelling abroad to visit family or friends or for a well- earned holiday, never too far away. There are also main rail links to these cities and a direct Holyhead to Euston train which takes 3.5 hrs.
This makes it the perfect location for enjoying outdoor adventures or city nightlife outside of work and we work hard to ensure our team maintain a good work/life balance to make the most of this.

Your key to success will be your ability to embrace all aspects of the role, delivering excellent patient and client care whilst enjoying the variety the role will bring.
This position is full time with some weekends on a fair rota basis, shared with the rest of the team. There is no out of hours requirement and we’re always happy to look at flexible working and job share options.
