The Trust is looking to appoint a Trust doctor to fill Deanery vacancy within the department of ENT.
This post is to ideally commence2nd August 2023 for a period of a 12 months
The successful candidate must possess basic medical degree eg MBBS or equivalent, Full GMC Registration with a Licence to Practice, Adult Life support and have completed Foundation Year 2 training or equivalent and have the ability to demonstrate relevant experience and qualifications to undertake the required duties including on-call duties.

The post holder will provide inpatient ward care; expected to undertake weekly ward.
Rounds on a rotational basis with the middle grades team; carry out theatre sessions in both main theatres and day surgery; provide clinics and other clinical activities such as working in A&E Department.

- The post will serve to provide efficient advice and treatment to a variety of patients
- Presenting with ENT problems under the supervision of the Consultant Mr N Turner.
- The post holder will provide inpatient ward care; expected to undertake weekly ward
- Rounds on a rotational basis with the middle grades team; carry out theatre sessions in both main theatres and day surgery, provide clinics and other clinical activities such as working in A&E Department.
- There are also additional duties within the service and as such, the post holder will be expected to cover Telephone clinics, to take part in audit activities and to be involved in teaching and training the ENT Junior doctors.
