As a Clinical Support Coordinator with CVS Health, you will coordinate home nursing for patients receiving non-complex Specialty Medications (ex. injectables) for chronic disorders in the home. The Clinical Support Coordinator will identify nursing agency based on established guidelines, provide the nursing agency with clinical documents, nursing authorization and clinical competency link/test.

Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to - assisting nursing team with nursing authorization renewals, data entry, uploading documents, and follow-up with agencies to retrieve completed competencies and signed nursing authorization.

** This is a full time remote position. In person attendance to training and meetings may be required in the CVS Specialty Pharmacy Branch***

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 17.00
Maximum: 27.90

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma; some college preferred.
• Minimum one year of related experience; administrative support functions, and customer service.
• Effective verbal and written communications skills.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Ability to learn and work with multiple computer applications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft business software (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Preferred Qualifications
Experience as a clinical coordinator in home health or home infusion preferred.

Education
High school diploma required; some college preferred.
