Datavitality is a private healthcare organization that specializes in Clinical Coding and Lloyd George Summarizing for General Practices in the United Kingdom. Our unique approach, "WORKFLOW OPTIMIZATION," aims to redirect 80% of clinical correspondence away from busy General Practices, freeing up to 40 minutes of Clinicians time per day. This enhances patient care and transforms how administrative workload is managed. We have a proven track record of resolving backlogs, optimizing patient care through coding accuracy, and increasing productivity up to double the standard average output. The Job role is for the position of "Clinical Coder" at Data Vitality Ltd.
To assure the delivery of our great healthcare services, we rely on powerfully insightful data at Data Vitality Ltd. We're looking for a medical Auditor that can provide us with that knowledge on a daily basis. Our ideal Clinical Coder would possess a strong understanding of anatomy and medical terminology, as well as a natural curiosity and analytical mind.
Clinical Coders Responsibilities:
- Analyse patient records and record all the relevant information
- Examining records and documentation for missing information
- Uphold patient confidentiality
- Maintain a professional demeanour
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Follow established medical coding practices set by DataVitality Ltd
- Ensuring procedures, policies, legislation and regulations are correctly followed and complied with
- Liaise with managerial staff and presenting findings and recommendations
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Work with team members to improve workflow optimisation
Eligibility Criteria:
- Currently studying Medicine, Dentistry or Pharmacy degrees in UK.
- Willing to travel to and from London.
- Right to work in the UK
- Basic numeracy skills
- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
- Excellent IT Skills
