North Yorkshire Clinical team is the first substance misuse team/service to be awarded Outstanding by CQC in 2019 in all 5 areas. If you pride yourself in your organisational skills, attention to detail, and being able to work as part of a team, yet able to work autonomously and reliably to meet deadlines this may be the role for you. We need an enthusiastic administrator to join our clinical team which delivers specialist care and interventions to individuals recovering from substance and alcohol dependency. The role focuses on 2 areas: Clinical - Support the clinicians through the production and co-ordination of prescriptions for Scarborough and Northallerton hubs. Liaise with clinicians, pharmacies, GPs, secure environments in relation to prescription continuation. Business - Working closely with the Senior Clinical Administrator to review data reports to ensure KPIs are being met, and reflect the high level care being delivered across the county The successful candidate must have excellent organisational skills, methodical in their work, with good interpersonal skills as you will be co-ordinating clinicians and working closely with various stakeholders. Knowledge of SystmOne clinical system would be advantageous, although training will be given. The post holder will be expected to travel between Scarborough and Northallerton and can be based at either hub. The need to drive or have access to public transport is vital due to the geographical patch to be covered.
