Your Role with Us:
- Warmly greet every guest who walks into the clinic.
- Expertly handle phone calls, answering queries with ease.
- Efficiently schedule appointments, informing about cosmetic procedures as guided by our clinical director.
- Prioritise patient and caller needs, staying focused even amidst interruptions.
- Uphold patient confidentiality, in line with our guidelines.
- Take charge of front office tasks, supporting other areas to enhance our practice.
- Ensure tasks are done promptly and reliably, always striving for excellence.

Work Schedule:
- You'll be working 2-5 days weekly
- Saturdays are essential

Experience:
- Front Desk/Receptionist: 3 years (preferred)
