The Haematology department has a full-time vacancy for a Clinic Co-ordinator, based at Maidstone. Cross cover at TWH my be required.
You will have previous office experience and be committed to delivering a high standard of service to our Haematology patients. This post will concentrate on the aspects of ensuring that patient notes are fully prepared for clinics, registering new patients and booking appointments in line with national and local targets. Other duties will include but not be confined to reception duties and ensuring filing/health records/archiving and other tasks are dealt with appropriately and support is provided as designated to all areas of Patient Services.
