As a Client Support Administrator you will support our already very strong back office support team, working from home you need to be self motivated, versatile, flexible and able to deal with all customer requirements. You will have strong written and verbal customer service skills, technical background would be advantageous but not necessary as full training will be given.
Your primary role will be:
- Engage with our customers offering technical support via telephone and/or email to provide technical advice and guidance with their TopBrewer offering a phone fix where possible
- Load all service calls including all technical details provided by the customer onto our bespoke system
- Provide planning support to the Planning Manager
- Answer all customer enquiries quickly and efficiently
- Raise customer invoices
- Order parts for technicians and customers
- Give general support to the sales team, barista team and managers including customer reports
- Support the new orders team with processing orders
- Provide credit control support
- Provide daily support to our field based technicians
- Based from Home (commutable to Rugby)
